Should I wear it all of the time?
You absolutely can! You should wear the brace as much or as little as you want.
Is the brace waterproof?
It depends. If you have FlexiCores installed in your brace, then you should avoid water.
Can I wash the brace in a washing machine?
No. The brace must be hand washed and air dried. Make sure to remove all of the FlexiCores before washing the brace.
